KOOLAUPOKU NEIGHBORHOOD IN KAILUA
This is a charming Kailua family neighborhood, with wider streets, and some areas quite close to the beach. Lot sizes vary, getting larger as you get closer to the beach. Some lots have been divided into CPR units, making them about half the size and with two single family residences. Prices generally range from $700K-$1.5M, getting higher the further East you go, particularly East of Kainalu Street and on North Kalaheo Ave. Koolaupoku is bounded on the North by Mokapu Road (Kalaheo Hillside), on the East by the 700-900 blocks of North Kalaheo (Beachside), and on the South by Kaha Street (Coconut Grove , Kalama/Coconut Grove & Kalama Tract).
